We collect phone numbers provided during calls or account registration, email addresses for account management and notifications, call audio recordings, transcripts, and associated metadata, and account and billing information.

How We Use Your Information

Data is processed solely to deliver the services you configure and control, including capturing and recording inbound calls, transcribing call audio and generating AI-powered summaries, classifying calls by category, priority, and suggested actions, and sending notification emails and SMS messages related to your inquiries. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.

SMS Consent and Messaging Disclosure

By providing your phone number and confirming consent during a call, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Mobile Information Non-Sharing

Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or conveyed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is strictly limited to business operations necessary to provide requested services.

Data Retention and Security

We retain call recordings, transcripts, and associated data according to the retention settings configured by the account holder. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, tenant data isolation, and access controls.
