Description of Service
CaptureInbound provides automated call capture, transcription, AI-powered summarization, classification, and related communication tools. The Service is designed for voice-based inquiry intake, customer support response, and one-to-one follow-up communication including SMS. The Service is not a marketing automation platform, mass messaging tool, or lead generation service.
SMS and Messaging Compliance
SMS messages sent through the Service are limited to one-to-one responses to inbound call inquiries where the caller has provided consent. Users agree to only send SMS messages in response to caller-initiated inquiries with documented consent, honor all opt-out requests immediately, and not use the Service for bulk messaging, marketing campaigns, or unsolicited outreach.
Acceptable Use Policy
Users may not use the Service for unsolicited marketing, spam, or unlawful content. Users may not use the Service for bulk or mass messaging of any kind, importing contact lists for outbound messaging campaigns, or any activity that violates the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or applicable state regulations. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Opt-Out Rights
Recipients of SMS messages may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out requests are processed immediately. Reply HELP for support information.
Message Delivery
We do not guarantee delivery of any message. Delivery is subject to carrier policies, network conditions, and recipient device capabilities.
