SMS Terms

CaptureInbound uses SMS messaging solely to respond to inbound call inquiries. When a caller leaves a voicemail and provides their phone number with consent, we may send a follow-up SMS related to their inquiry. This is a one-to-one, inquiry-driven response — not marketing, advertising, or promotional messaging.

By providing your phone number and confirming consent during a call, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

Message Frequency

Typical message frequency is 1–3 messages per inquiry. You will not receive recurring or ongoing messages unless you initiate additional inquiries. We do not send scheduled, automated marketing, or drip campaign messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and will not receive further messages. Reply HELP for support information. Contact support@captureinbound.com for assistance.

Consent

SMS messages are only sent when a caller has provided their phone number and expressed consent during a phone call or voicemail. No SMS is sent without consent. We do not purchase phone number lists, import contacts for outbound messaging, or send messages to individuals who have not directly initiated contact.

Data and Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or conveyed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is strictly limited to business operations necessary to provide requested services.
